Return and Exchange Policy

At NotJustALabel, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not entirely happy with your order, we offer hassle-free returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery. Please read the following guidelines to ensure a smooth return or exchange process:

Returns:
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, with all original tags attached.
  • Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at connect@notjustalabel.in to request a return authorization number (RAN).
  • Once you receive your RAN, securely package your item(s) and include the RAN on the outside of the package.
  • Ship the item(s) back to us using a trackable shipping method. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item(s) to ensure they meet our return criteria.
  • Upon approval, we will issue a refund to your original form of payment within 7 business days. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges:
  • Items eligible for exchange must meet the same criteria as returns (unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all original tags attached).
  • To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service team at connect@notjustalabel.in to request an exchange authorization number (EAN).
  • Once you receive your EAN, securely package your item(s) and include the EAN on the outside of the package.
  • Ship the item(s) back to us using a trackable shipping method. Exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Once we receive your exchange, we will inspect the item(s) to ensure they meet our exchange criteria.
  • Upon approval, we will process your exchange and ship out the replacement item(s) as soon as possible. If the requested item is unavailable, we will issue a store credit for the value of the returned item(s).

Damaged or Defective Items:
In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team immediately at connect@notjustalabel.in. Provide detailed information and photos of the damage or defect for our records. We will work quickly to resolve the issue and provide you with a replacement item, refund, or store credit as appropriate.
